• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to have genuine conversations and support your team.
• Knowledge of food, health, and safety standards, and understanding of financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
• Ability to build a coaching culture, recruit, and develop team members.
• Problem-solving skills and quick decision-making abilities.
