Qualifications

• Current registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice with strong nursing skills.
• Leadership/mentoring or potential to develop coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a small RVN, VCA and reception team.
• Coordinate daily practice flow including diaries, consultations, procedures and inpatient care.
• Deliver excellent nursing care across a varied caseload and support surgical procedures.
