ABOUT THE ROLE…
We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this!
You will lead your department to deliver a fantastic first experience for all of our guests, team, and suppliers, you will be responsible confirming bookings, chasing payments, completing end of night banking and managing all aspects relating directly to your team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

You will be able to work under pressure at times where required to multi tasks across several different tasks as they crop up.
Ability to lead, coach and manage your team fairly and effectively will be key within this role.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…
We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
