ABOUT THE ROLE…

We have a passion for Making Memories in Manorview, whether it be a first or a last, we want our clients and guests to have an experience they will never forget. This role is key to ensure we can deliver this!

You will lead your department to deliver a fantastic first experience for all of our guests, team, and suppliers, you will be responsible confirming bookings, chasing payments, completing end of night banking and managing all aspects relating directly to your team.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…

  • Meet and greet our guests on arrival
  • Managing internal and external communication from guests regularly through different communication channels
  • Ensuring that all external contractors are signed in and aware of our Fire Safety procedures
  • Take payments for bookings, managing deposits and banking during your shift
  • Update guest information into our system as and when required
  • Completing Duty Manager Shifts within the venue, with overall responsibility for not only your own department but the health and safety of the entire venue and all within it
  • Complete Team Schedules, in line with venue requirements
  • Ensure your Team is fully trained, coaching and managing performance where required
  • This list is not exhaustive and other adhoc tasks may be required, and will be discussed with you in advance

You will be able to work under pressure at times where required to multi tasks across several different tasks as they crop up.

Ability to lead, coach and manage your team fairly and effectively will be key within this role.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED…

  • Minimum of 1 Year Supervisory Experience (Essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage workload (Essential)
  • Excellent communication skills (Essential)
  • Ability to work under your own initiative (Essential)
  • Previous Administrative Experience (Desirable)
  • Experience with ResDiary, Procure Wizard or Hotel Executive (Desirable)

We pay a fair wage – with our hourly pay being higher than the Government rates, at a minimum. Your earnings will be further enhanced by our 10% service charges and other tips that guests leave – with 100% of tips being retained by the team.
