Job summary

The Padel Hub in Harrow, North West London, is seeking a dynamic Hub Manager to lead our newest UK hub and shape its culture from the ground up. You will be the face and heartbeat of the hub, building relationships with members, guests and partners while driving growth through outstanding service and events.

This role demands hands-on leadership, a passion for sport, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery.

Qualifications

• Management experience is essential.
• Led teams in customer-facing environments (sport, hospitality, fitness, leisure or retail).
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organised, proactive and ownership-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and heartbeat of the hub - welcoming members, players, guests and partners.
• Lead a customer-first culture where service excellence is standard.
• Manage, motivate and support your team to perform at a high level.
• Run day-to-day operations: scheduling, bookings, events and hub standards.
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations and Recruitment to elevate the hub experience.
• Host events, tournaments and community activities that strengthen the hub culture.
• Actively contribute to growing membership, usage and awareness of padel locally.
