Job summary

Arrow Vale High School is seeking a proactive Head of Year to lead the Student Support team, coordinating pastoral care and safeguarding across year groups.

You will work closely with parents, staff and external agencies to support pupils in achieving their potential and maintaining exemplary behaviour, following the school's inclusive ethos and OfSTED standards.

The role requires strong organisation, effective communication and a collaborative approach to create a positive school environment.
