Reeson Education in West London is seeking an innovative Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to oversee the year group's pastoral support, attendance, and achievement. The post holder will lead the pastoral team and contribute to school leadership while working with pupils and families.

The role is an ASAP/September start in a school with outstanding facilities and a strong emphasis on safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing. Salary is £180-£210 per day.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The school has a fantastic opportunity for an innovative and dedicated Head of Year (Non-Teaching) to oversee the effective running of a year group, including the achievement, progress, attendance and pastoral support for all pupils within their year. The post holder will also provide high quality leadership of the pastoral team and the year group, and contribute to the leadership capacity of the Academy. The school is keen to look over Head of year CVs and meet Head's of year over the next couple of weeks
