Job summary

Aspire People is seeking a Head of Year to support pupils with challenging behaviour in a mainstream school in Manchester. You will be responsible for managing a year group, monitoring behaviour and attendance, and ensuring continued academic progress.

The role requires experience with young people with difficult behaviour, strong behaviour management, and the ability to liaise effectively with teachers and parents. Degree is not essential, and prior pastoral leadership is a plus.

• Previous been a Head of Year or in a Pastoral role
