Job summary

The Valley Leadership Academy is seeking a dedicated individual to foster a caring and supportive learning environment for our young people. You will prioritise welfare, provide pastoral support, and work as part of a committed team with strong organisational and customer service skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with young people, maintaining positive relationships with students and staff, and the ability to speak comfortably to groups.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at grade 9-4/A*- C.
• Experience of working with young people in an education setting.
• Experience of providing pastoral support within an education setting.
