Wellcome Trust is seeking a Head of Workplace Equity to lead strategic development and delivery of equity priorities. You will influence senior leaders, embed inclusive approaches across policies and practices, and oversee a team of specialists.

• Extensive experience leading workplace equity strategies and programmes.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive organisational change.
• Experience translating research and data into practical interventions.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic development and delivery of workplace equity priorities.
• Influence senior leaders to address structural inequities and embed inclusive policies.
• Oversee design and continuous improvement of equity interventions informed by evidence and staff insight.
• Develop and manage a high-performing team of workplace equity specialists.
• Build internal and external partnerships to advance inclusive institutional practice.
