Job summary

AllPoints Fibre is seeking a Director of Sales & Customer Growth to lead the wholesale sales organisation and accelerate revenue growth. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and own sales strategy, customer growth, retention performance and revenue delivery at executive level.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team, you will shape strategy, product direction and customer success, while building a high-performing team focused on accountability and results.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in growing wholesale and enterprise sales within telecoms, connectivity or fibre markets.
• Experience leading senior sales teams and managing high-value customer portfolios.
• Ability to develop and execute growth strategies with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the wholesale sales strategy across APFN.
• Drive growth through acquisition, retention and expansion into strategic accounts.
• Deliver revenue, margin and commercial performance targets.
• Build and lead a high-performing sales organisation focused on accountability and results.
• Develop executive relationships with key customers and partners to maximise lifetime value.
• Lead initiatives to reduce churn and increase wallet share.
• Shape market presence and build partnerships and routes to market.
• Influence product, marketing, technology and operations with a customer-led mindset.
