A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Head of Transactional Finance to modernise and transform financial operations within a high growth business. You will lead a Finance Transformation project in partnership with the Group CFO, focusing on evaluating and improving core finance processes. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in finance process improvement and team leadership, with strong analytical skills to manage complex problems effectively.

• Significant experience in finance process improvement projects.
• Experience in supporting and leading finance change initiatives.
• Proven capability in leading teams focused on service delivery.

Mansioni

• Review and lead transformation of Sales Ledger process.
• Agree on proposed process with the Exec Team.
• Develop implementation of robust Dunning process.
• Lead review of aged debtor balances.
• Simplify Purchase Ledger process and implement changes.
