Are you a Trainer in Electrical Installation looking to progress into a Head of Training role? Or are you already leading a training function and want a fast-moving, ambitious company where your leadership will be recognised?

This is a key hire for an ambitious, premium electrical training provider that has grown rapidly in a short space of time and is now expanding into Birmingham city centre. With plans to scale output significantly (including high learner volumes), they need a capable leader who can bring structure, standards, and pace.

The business is known for doing what others don't: supporting learners beyond the classroom, including paid work placements so they can build the evidence portfolio required for NVQ Level 3. They’re investing heavily in quality, innovation, and brand-this isn't a "stagnant provider" environment.

You'll lead the delivery standards, organisation, and delegation across the training function, bringing the credibility and gravitas to drive performance and maintain a premium learner experience.

This role suits a success-motivated candidate who wants leadership responsibility, influence, and a genuine route into more senior roles as the business grows.

The Role:

• Lead the training function for Electrical Installation programmes (quality, standards, delivery)
• Birmingham city-centre site within a premium, expanding training centre
• Monday to Friday, daytime delivery environment (no shifts/on-call discussed)

The Person:

• Have experience in education
• Either be a trainer looking to take a step up or is currently in a leadership role such as head of training.
• Proven senior training background (training provider or similar) with leadership capability
• Strong organisation/delegation skills and the credibility to lead a team
• Have an electrical background.
