Responsibilities

Deliver the Technology strategy and Architecture enabling Growth and digitization.
Drive transformation and modernize legacy systems with new tech stack.
Provide strategic direction and daily oversight for compliant delivery.
Improve cross-product architecture with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile.
Lead governance processes and risk controls across the organization.
Develop an operating model and multiyear roadmap with operations and Product.
Enhance Client Experience via digital onboarding and faster inquiries.
