Body Jewellery Ltd is a multi-brand commerce group based in Poole, Dorset, operating across B2B wholesale.

WBJ (Wholesale Body Jewellery)

is a Shopify Plus B2B wholesale operation supplying body jewellery, tattoo supplies and piercing supplies to professional piercers, tattoo artists and studios.

Tish Lyon

is premium piercing and permanent jewellery brand with studios in John Lewis Oxford Street, Liverpool One, Bluewater and Manchester Trafford Centre, with a fifth location planned.

The Role

You will own the technology stack:

• E-commerce - Shopify Plus (B2B and D2C)
• ERP - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Data and analytics - Power BI and Bloomreach (CDP/email)
• Supply chain systems - Slimstock forecasting warehouse and inventory systems
• Vendor and MSP management - M365, managed service partners, web development agencies and integration partners: SLAs, uptime, licensing and contracts
• Security and continuity - GDPR, Cyber Essentials, and disaster recovery across e-commerce and ERP
• The roadmap - technology plans for new channels and new brand launches

Agencies and partners you will work with

• SEO - external SEO agency
• ERP - Business Central implementation and support partner
• CRM / marketing automation - Bloomreach build and deployment agency
• Microsoft 365 / infrastructure - managed service provider
• Demand forecasting - Slimstock
• Analytics / tracking - GA4 and GTM tracking support

What we\'re looking for

• Technology leadership experience in e-commerce
• Practical experience with an ERP (preferably Microsoft Business Central) and Shopify Plus
• Proven agency and team management
• Comfortable working directly with a founder in a growing business
• Able to keep day-to-day systems running reliably
