Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a Head of Technical in Kent. The role oversees Technical, Quality and Food Safety across multiple UK manufacturing sites, with focus on the Kent facility and extension to others.

You will shape technical strategy and drive high standards across compliance and quality. We seek an experienced leader in FMCG/food manufacturing, able to drive HACCP, audits, and a culture of continuous improvement while working with senior leadership to support

Qualifications

Significant experience in a senior Technical Management or Head of Technical role within FMCG / Food Manufacturing.
Proven experience leading Technical and Quality functions across multiple manufacturing sites.
Strong experience leading BRCGS, retailer and customer audits.

Responsibilities

Take full responsibility for the Technical, Quality and Food Safety functions across multiple UK manufacturing sites.
Lead technical operations at the primary Kent manufacturing facility, while overseeing additional sites.
Develop and implement a consistent technical strategy across the business.
Drive Food Safety, Quality Standards and continuous improvement.
Maintain and develop HACCP systems across all manufacturing operations.
