Kier Group is seeking a Head of Technical - Building Envelope to lead technical governance for envelope systems across projects. You will influence outcomes as Kier Construction's senior technical authority on façades, walls, roofing, waterproofing, and building physics, with emphasis on Building Safety Act compliance.

Hours: Full time, Permanent

As our Head of Technical - Building Envelope, you'll serve as Kier Construction's senior technical authority for all aspects of the building envelope, including façades, external walls, roofing systems, waterproofing, building physics and envelope fire performance. This is a strategic leadership position that provides technical governance and independent assurance across all Regional Business Units, ensuring building envelope solutions are safe, compliant, buildable, sustainable and aligned with business objectives. You'll be the organisational Subject Matter Expert, influencing project outcomes through expert advice and technical assurance with a particular focus on Building Safety Act compliance.
