The Opportunity

You’ll be joining a dynamic and passionate team, working across the business to provide strategic leadership and hands-on support in all things technical. From quality and compliance to technical operations and innovation, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding the brand’s reputation for excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the Quality & Compliance agenda – ensuring all products meet the highest standards across regulatory, safety, and quality frameworks (UK & international).
• Overseeing Technical Operations & Standards – driving continuous improvement across manufacturing, labelling, testing, and product integrity.
• Acting as a key Strategic Partner to the senior leadership team.
• Building and leading a small but mighty technical team – mentoring, coaching, and developing capabilities.
• Supporting global compliance as the brand continues its expansion.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven technical experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
• A strong understanding of product compliance, quality systems, and regulatory affairs (UK/EU/Global).
• A confident communicator who can bridge the gap between technical detail and commercial strategy.
• Natural leader with a proactive mindset – ready to shape this role and make it their own.
