Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Director - Head of Technology, Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation to lead the technology profile and strategy across Immunology, Oncology and Neuroscience.

The role requires close collaboration with the Data, Data Science and AI (DDSAI) organization to ensure data products, analytics and AI capabilities are aligned with high-value scientific priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in technology strategy and portfolio management.
• Strong collaboration with Data, Data Science and AI (DDSAI) organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead people, products, platforms, systems and projects across Therapeutic Areas and External Scientific Innovation portfolio.
• Establish outcome measures and report progress, value, risk, dependencies and resource needs for workstreams and capabilities.
• Serve as a member of the Research Systems Senior Leadership Team and represent the technology agenda with leadership teams.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year technology, data and AI profile and roadmap aligned with therapeutic-area strategies.
