Job summary

Trinity C of E School is seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Head of Technology and CEIAG Lead to provide strategic leadership across our Technology curriculum and oversee the development and delivery of our CEIAG provision.

This role focuses on high-quality teaching, student achievement and ensuring every young person gains the knowledge and experiences needed for future education, employment and career pathways, with Gatsby Benchmarks and safeguarding integral to the role.

Qualifications

• Strategic direction across Technology subjects including Product Design, Food & Nutrition, and Health & Social Care.
• Lead a comprehensive careers programme aligning with Gatsby Benchmarks.
• Develop external partnerships to coordinate work experience and destinations data.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and high standards across Technology subjects and CEIAG.
• Monitor and evaluate student performance data, securing strong progress and outcomes.
• Lead a comprehensive careers programme aligned with Gatsby Benchmarks and the Quality in Careers Standard.
• Develop relationships with external agencies to coordinate work experience and destinations data.
• Contribute to wider school leadership and uphold the school’s Christian ethos.
