Job summary

United Media in London is seeking a Chief Talent Development Officer. You will lead learning and development initiatives across the company, reporting to the CEO and collaborating with senior leadership.

This is a hands-on, in-person role based at our London HQ with a strong emphasis on creating scalable programs and tangible growth for the team. The ideal candidate is highly ambitious, with excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and coach a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required.
• Ambitious, forward-thinking and driven to inspire and lead a team.
• Experience in business management is preferred but not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Build the most progressive learning and development opportunities for team members across levels.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for learning and development, including identifying training needs and programs.
• Identify synergies across business functions and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
