CFO Insights in London seeks a Head of Talent Acquisition to own our recruitment strategy and shaping our employer brand. You will lead end-to-end hiring processes and partner with the CEO to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Ownership of end-to-end recruitment including role profiling, sourcing, screening, assessment planning and interviews.
• Must have a UK work permit.
• Genuine passion for people, ability to build relationships and understand others.
• Willingness to engage with candidates from students to executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the recruitment process end-to-end from profiling to interviews.
• Build a strong employer brand and attract top talents.
• Own the execution of developing and automating recruiting processes.
• Improve onboarding in collaboration with management.
