Saab UK is looking for a strategic leader in Systems Engineering to define technical vision and methodologies in a high-complexity environment. You will oversee governance and lifecycle management activities, mentor a team of experts, and engage with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has significant experience in leading engineering teams and possesses a strong understanding of systems engineering.

Competenze

• Significant experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams in high-complexity environments.
• Deep knowledge of the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements elicitation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing engineering budgets and identifying risks.
• Ability to obtain and maintain UK Security Clearance.

• Set technical direction for the systems engineering department.
• Oversee Lifecycle Management activities, including design reviews and audits.
• Drive departmental capabilities and implement digital transformation initiatives.
