Job summary

Harmonic is seeking a Head of Supply Chain Operations in London to own end-to-end supply chain and international movement from suppliers through to warehouses and clients. You will lead the operations team, drive efficiency, and implement scalable processes as the business grows across UK, Europe, and the US.

This senior role requires hands-on leadership, strong relationships with suppliers, and a data-driven approach to optimise stock, fulfilment and systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in growing a smaller founder-led business.
• Experience with textiles, fabrics, furniture, interiors or related design industries.
• Experience coordinating international supply chains and external partners.
• Strong data analysis to identify problems and drive decisions.
• Proven ability to develop people in a small operational function.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain and international movement from suppliers to clients.
• Manage supplier and logistics relationships and improve performance.
• Lead Warehouse Manager and team over inventory and fulfilment.
• Improve processes, stock management and forecasting to reduce lead times.
• Build scalable processes across UK, US and Europe as growth continues.
• Own improvements to bespoke operational systems with developers.
• Lead the operational set-up of the new brand with required SOPs, compliance and quality.
• Act as the senior operational lead driving improvements and key projects.
