Job summary

Technify Talent in the UK is partnering with a fast-scaling tech company to appoint a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager. This role will build the function from the ground up, spanning strategic sourcing, supplier management, logistics and ESG governance.

You will own procurement strategy, lead major negotiations, manage risk, and align activity with project milestones while ensuring compliance and scalable processes as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior-level experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations management.
• Strong track record in supplier relationship management and commercial negotiation.
• Experience supporting project-based delivery organisations.
• Proven ability to build procurement processes and governance frameworks from scratch.
• Budget ownership with a track record of cost improvement.
• Eligibility to obtain UK Security Clearance is essential.
• Right to work in the UK.

Technify Talent have partnered with a fast-scaling UK technology company, delivering complex, AI powered security solutions. We're looking for a Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to build and lead their procurement and supply chain function from the ground up.

This is a genuine lead role covering the full spectrum: strategic sourcing, supplier management, logistics and inventory, project procurement, compliance, and ESG. You'll be instrumental in shaping how the business scales, embedding governance and process as it grows.
