Zest is collaborating with a well established food manufacturer to recruit a Head of Supply Chain to run a large and complex site. You will own end-to-end supply chain and oversee strategic planning, capacity planning, demand forecasting and cross-department collaboration.

The role requires senior leadership experience in complex environments, including capacity modeling, supplier management and ERP system implementation, with a track record of delivering sustainable improvements at scale.

• Proven track record in senior supply chain leadership on large complex sites.
• Experience developing and presenting capacity models.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and raw materials.
• Experience implementing ERP systems.

Are you a Head of Supply Chain, Group Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Director or even a Supply Chain Manager that has operated in a senior capacity within a large, complex site?

We are currently working with a well established food manufacturer who are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to run a large and complex site.

You will be responsible for the whole end to end Supply Chain function, including strategic planning, systems development, capacity planning, business growth, operational and planning integration, cross departmental management, demand planning including forecasting and customer collaboration, supplier and customer relationship and materials management, logistics and distribution, and safety, compliance and risk management.

To be successful in the role you will need to have a track record of operating in senior Supply Chain leadership roles, especially within large complex sites with a high number of SKUs, developing and presenting capacity models, managing a large number of suppliers and raw materials, running and implementing ERP systems, senior leadership and developing teams, running material planning boards and the ability to drive sustainable improvements.
