Job summary

SF Partners are partnering with a growing international business to recruit a Head of Supply Chain based in Nottingham with hybrid working. You will own the end-to-end global supply chain, covering inventory, logistics, fulfilment and supplier management.

This hands-on leadership role blends daily operations with strategic development, driving improvements across ERP, forecasting, reporting and costs, while leading a small team and collaborating with global stakeholders to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Strong end-to-end supply chain experience within an international business.
• Experience managing multiple 3PL providers and global logistics operations.
• Good understanding of inventory management, customs and international distribution.
• Experience driving process improvements, systems development and operational change.
• Strong ERP knowledge, ideally NetSuite.
• Commercially driven, hands-on and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop teams and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end global supply chain operations, including inventory, logistics, fulfilment and supplier management.
• Manage international 3PL providers, manufacturers and logistics partners.

• Lead warehouse transitions, process improvements and supply chain efficiencies.
• Improve ERP systems, automation, inventory accuracy and reporting.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining day-to-day operations with strategic development, improving processes and building a more efficient supply chain across international markets.
