Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is assisting in recruiting a Head of Structural for a Leicester-based consultancy. The role requires a Senior Structural Engineer who can lead and develop a team of engineers while managing key residential and commercial accounts.

You will report to the directors, drive KPI performance, and have the opportunity to progress to a Director level as the business expands. Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:30–5:30, with a salary of £80,000–£100,000 plus pension and benefits.

Qualifications

• Senior Structural Engineer with leadership experience.
• Experience managing a team of Engineers.
• KPI reporting to directors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a team of Structural Engineers.
• Managing key residential and commercial accounts.
• Ensuring KPI targets are met and reported to directors.
• Mon-Fri, 8:30–17:30.
