The role offers a clear path toward Director level in the future, with progression opportunities as the company expands. A strong technical background and Chartered Engineer status are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Senior Structural Engineer with experience running a team of engineers.
• Experience delivering residential and commercial structural projects.
• UK work eligibility and professional recognition (CEng/MICE) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of Structural Engineers.
• Oversee key residential and commercial accounts.
• Ensure KPIs are met and report to directors.
• Role operates Monday to Friday, 8:30–17:30.
