The Very Group is looking for a commercially minded, proactive trading professional to manage in-flight trading and four-week window activity. You will work with Category, Commercial, Onsite Merchandising, Creative and Marketing to keep activity relevant and commercially focused.
You will identify opportunities, raise briefs, and optimise live activity based on performance insights, while maintaining clear trading plans and documentation across teams.

We work closely with teams across the business to identify opportunities, optimise performance all starting with customer. It's an exciting time to join as we evolve this new role & give the focus to In-flight weekly trading and performance & build new processes,capabilitiesand shape how Retail plans, measures and improves performance.
This is a fast-paced, reactive role with a strong focus on understanding business performance, identifying emerging opportunitiesand ensuring activity responds quickly to changing customer, market and commercial priorities.
The role hasa primary focus onin-flight trading and the upcoming four-week window. Working closely withCategory,Commercial,Onsite Merchandising, Creative and wider Marketing teams, therolewill ensureactivity isrelevant, commercially focused and aligned to current business priorities.
