Role Overview: As Head of Strategy, you will drive high-impact initiatives that shape Zima Dental’s growth and long-term direction. Working closely with the CEO and senior team, you'll lead projects across product innovation, partnerships, channel expansion, and business transformation. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and wants to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic New Product Development: Guide strategic planning and execution of our new product roadmap to align with the company's mission and goals.
• Strategic Partnerships: Acquire and develop key and sensitive partnerships with other businesses.
• New Sales Channel Growth: Identify, evaluate, and establish new channels to diversify and expand market reach and customer base, such as retail.
• Multi-Channel Performance Modelling: Develop and manage analytical models to evaluate and optimise performance across multiple sales channels, subscription programs, customer retention, and revenue predictability.
• Regional Expansion: Spearhead market entry and growth strategies into new geographic territories.
• Data-Driven Business Transformation: Identify, initiate, and manage strategic transformation projects utilising improved data infrastructure and analytics to enhance decision-making.
• Financial Management and ROI Optimisation: Develop a framework for financial decision approval and take ownership of decision-making.
• Long-Term Strategic Vision: Partner closely with the CEO to shape the company's long-term vision, translating this into actionable strategic plans.

About You: You are a strategic leader who:

• Thrives in dynamic, ambitious environments.
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Has excellent communication skills and the ability to influence internally and externally.
• Brings deep commercial acumen and proven experience driving strategic initiatives and business transformations.
• Possesses the confidence and experience to make significant strategic decisions autonomously.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product strategy, or related strategic roles.
• Experience in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record in driving growth through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from data and market research.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects with cross-functional stakeholders.

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Background in the dental or healthcare industry.
• Experience in e-commerce.
• Previous exposure to international supply chains and markets.

Location: In-office (London) or Hybrid.
