Head of Strategy-Consumer HealthTech

We have partnered with a rapidly growing and award winning consumer HealthTech who are looking to hire a Head of Strategy to work closely with the CEO and SLT.

As Head of Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future, leading and executing a diverse portfolio of high-impact initiatives across the business. From driving product innovation and steering organizational transformation to forging strategic partnerships, your work will directly fuel the company’s growth, resilience, and long-term success.

What you'll be doing:-

• Product Development: Lead the strategic planning and execution of new product roadmap, ensuring every initiative is purposefully aligned with the company’s mission, long-term vision, and growth objectives.
• Strategic Partnerships: Identify, cultivate, and manage high-impact and sensitive strategic partnerships with key business stakeholders.
• Data Led Transformation: Drive data-led business transformation by leading strategic initiatives that leverage enhanced data infrastructure and advanced analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Multi-Channel modelling: Develop and oversee robust analytical models to assess and optimise performance across diverse sales channels, with a strong focus on subscription dynamics, customer retention, and revenue forecasting.
• Long-Term Strategy- Collaborate closely with the CEO to define and refine the company’s long-term vision, translating it into clear, actionable strategic plans that drive sustainable growth and impact.

What we are looking for:-

• You'll have 5+ years experience within strategy consulting, corporate strategy or start-up strategy.
• First rate analytical skills with the ability to turn heavy data into actionable insights.
• Managing multiple projects is your superpower across a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Any exposure to star-ups or Healthcare/HealthTech would be a plus.
• Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods would be highly beneficial.
