An established industry player is seeking a Head of Strategic Capacity Planning and Capability Building to ensure workforce alignment with strategic objectives. This role involves developing a comprehensive overview of capacity and capability across various resources, guiding medium to long-term planning, and enhancing workforce strategy. The ideal candidate will inspire leadership, drive impactful workforce solutions, and collaborate with various stakeholders to build strong partnerships. As the Head of Strategic Capacity Planning and Capability Building, you'll be accountable for ensuring our workforce aligns with and supports our strategic objectives. You'll develop a comprehensive overview of capacity and capability for Technology, Data, Operational Excellence (OpEx), and Change resources, both internal and external. Your leadership will guide medium to long-term planning, workforce strategy, and capability development across the AXA UK and Ireland (UK&I) region.
At AXA we work smart, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at one of our office locations, visiting clients or attending industry events.We’re also happy to consider flexible working arrangements, which you can discuss with Talent Acquisition.
