Surrey County Cricket Club is seeking a Head of Facilities Operations to lead the strategy and execution of facilities management and venue presentation to ensure the Kia Oval remains a world-class destination for international cricket, domestic fixtures and conferences and events.

You will oversee maintenance, cleaning, waste management and match-day technology, and manage the facilities team to deliver a consistently high standard of presentation and operations across all areas of the venue.

Formación

• Extensive experience in large-scale operations and facilities management.
• Demonstrable leadership experience managing multiple reports.
• Working knowledge of HV and LV power systems, building management systems, and M&E services.
• Experience managing significant operational budgets with focus on savings and efficiencies.
• Experience supporting conference and events delivery alongside commercial partners.

Responsabilidades

• Align facilities operations with the club’s long-term strategic vision and sustainability goals.
• Develop and maintain buildings, grounds and services to the highest standard and at appropriate cost.
• Ensure maintenance regimes comply with health and safety obligations and business needs.
• Lead venue presentation teams to maintain world-class spectator facilities and C&E delivery.
• Oversee procurement and management of facilities/maintenance contracts and ensure timely project delivery with stakeholders.
• Guide cross-department collaboration and ensure information is shared across the business.
