Job Description:

Security Clearance: Eligibility to gain UK DV Security Clearance

Travel Required: Frequent travel within UK and some international

Location: Chippenham (alternatives: Stevenage or Portsmouth)

Leading a team of circa 20, you will be part of the Space Digital UK senior leadership, responsible for developing solutions for major bids and supporting project delivery. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Bids, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and other functions to meet objectives and manage risks.

Understanding customer needs and business priorities, you will position for large-scale bids, craft compelling responses, and shape customer requirements through early engagement. You will be accountable for delivering results, adding value, and inspiring your team with authentic leadership behaviors.
