Job summary

Southern Water is seeking a Lead Solution Architect in Durrington (Hybrid) to spearhead architecture across the organisation. You will drive quality, governance, and delivery of solution architecture aligned with Enterprise Architecture direction, and provide line management for a team of Solution Architects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Solution Architecture function.
• Embed consistent solution architecture practices and standards.
• Act as final authority for solution design.
• Line manage, coach and develop architects.
• Allocate architects across initiatives and manage capacity.
• Ensure architecture artefacts quality and governance.
• Lead governance forums and stakeholder engagement.
• Build relationships with programme, product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
