Who we are looking for

A Head of Software Product Development, who will lead the creation and evolution of our online gambling products with a focus on the Gaming vertical, including Slots, Poker, Casino, and Bingo.

This is a technology-focused role, with an emphasis on aligning software development initiatives with broader strategic business objectives.

You will drive the full lifecycle of product development, from technical specification and design, to build, QA, deployment, and iteration, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth, regulatory, and operational goals.

This role bridges design, software architecture, engineering delivery, and product innovation to create world-class player experiences.

Preferred skills and experience

• Proven track record in leading product development teams in the online gambling sector.
• Good understanding of game engines, client-server architecture, and gaming platforms.
• Experience with 3rd party gaming providers.
• Knowledge of game math, RNG integration, and certification processes (GLI/BMM).
• Familiarity with front-end and back-end technologies including HTML5, Swift, Kotlin, .Net, and Go.
• Experience in software product development with a senior leadership role.
• Ability to align technology delivery with strategic business objectives and KPIs.
• Experience working with executive teams and contributing to company strategy.
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of software development methodologies.
• Understanding of gambling regulations, including UKGC and MGA, and responsible gaming principles.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical product development roadmap for Gaming.
• Ensure all initiatives align with business strategy, revenue, and market positioning.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate strategic objectives into product plans.

• Oversee the delivery process of gaming changes from requirements to release.

• Monitor KPIs, player data, and operational metrics to guide development.
