Essential Skills

• Technology leadership experience within engineering, architecture, or software delivery
• Hands‑on experience with .NET 8, Azure Functions, EF Core, SQL Server/Azure SQL, React and Azure services, delivering scalable business‑critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and modern development practices
• Experience leading software engineering teams (circa. 10‑20 heads)
• Enterprise systems integration experience
• DevOps and CI/CD knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
