You’ll be responsible for shaping technology strategy, leading engineering teams, and ensuring business-critical platforms remain secure, scalable, and aligned with organisational goals.

Reporting into the executive leadership team, you’ll influence the future direction of technology while driving innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading software engineering and architecture functions

• Delivering scalable and maintainable technology solutions
• Supporting digital transformation and AI initiatives

• Developing high-performing technical teams

Essential Skills

• Technology leadership experience within engineering, architecture, or software delivery
• Hands-on experience with.NET 8, Azure Functions, EF Core, SQL Server/Azure SQL, React and Azure services, delivering scalable business-critical applications.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and modern development practices
• Experience leading software engineering teams (circa. 10-20 heads)
• Enterprise systems integration experience
• DevOps and CI/CD knowledge
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Financial services or regulated industry experience
