You will drive technical excellence, cultivate innovation, and shape the engineering culture while supporting talent development and cross‑functional collaboration with product and design teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong quantitative background (physics, mathematics or related).
- Experience across ML, algorithms, cloud platforms, and cross-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to define technical vision and strategy aligned with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the software engineering function.
- Drive simplification and consolidation of platform, models and algorithms for scale.
- Define technical vision and strategy for software development.
- Oversee development and deployment of scalable, high-performing applications and platforms.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and manage engineers, ML specialists, mathematicians and physicists.
