Now, you can't be a great integrated agency without great social. It's why we're enhancing our team, and this is where you come in as our Head of Social. A critical role. Reporting into Fergus, our Chief Strategy Officer, you’ll know how to build, develop and evolve our social genius. Working as one with our insight, strategy & creative teams, you'll have huge opportunities to develop campaigns and content for some of the world’s biggest brands.

This is what you'll be doing:

• Lead the development of social-first activation strategies with our clients across employer brand, recruitment marketing, and employee advocacy
• Lead our organic & paid social media offerings
• Be the go-to-person in the agency for up- to- date, industry leading social media knowledge and trends
• Work with the wider strategy & insight team to develop inspiring & exciting creative briefs
• Alongside our creative and content teams, develop social first content for our clients
• Develop employee advocacy strategies and programmes that help our clients tell their Employer Brand story
• Lead our relationship with media partners
• Love our clients. After all, you'll be seeing a lot of them

And this is what we're looking for:

• An in-depth knowledge of social platforms locally and globally
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex social strategies into clear proposals for clients
• An understanding of employee advocacy and how to launch advocacy programmes with large, global clients
• Costing of plans, including forecasting results
• Interest in Employer Branding, and working with clients across a wide range of industries
