Panda seeks a Head of SME Sales to unite E-commerce, Telesales and Field Sales, accelerating SME growth and improving revenue and margin. You will shape how we sell, strengthen teams and translate ambitious targets into concrete actions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading both telesales and field sales teams.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital customer acquisition.
• Experience bringing multiple sales channels together with clear lead ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, margin and customer acquisition targets across all three channels.
• Build a coordinated sales model with clear lead handling rules.
• Coach managers and develop team capability with high standards and accountability.
• Turn data into action using CRM, pipeline and conversion metrics.
• Improve pricing, margin and customer acquisition costs for sustainable growth.
• Lead change and implement better processes and systems.
