Job summary

ANDOVER MIND in the United Kingdom is seeking a dynamic Head of Services to lead strategic oversight and the delivery of contracted services, including Wellbeing and PCN services, SMI Facilitators and Safe Havens, ensuring high-quality outcomes for service users.

You will oversee operational delivery, monitor performance against objectives, prepare re-tender documents, coordinate audits and performance reports to commissioners and funders, and act as Deputy Safeguarding lead within the senior

Qualifications

Demonstrable track record of operating at a senior manager level with extensive leadership experience.
Proven experience of developing people and successful succession planning.
Knowledge of quality assurance and continuous improvement processes and implementing best practice.
Proven experience of setting and managing budgets.
Sound organisational and project management skills with the ability to translate strategic plans into performance.
Highly effective interpersonal, influencing and communication skills with the ability to gain the trust and confidence of commissioners and other key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee the operational delivery of all contracted services, including planning and monitoring performance against objectives.
Prepare service contracts for re-tendering and ensure readiness for contract changes.
Lead reporting to commissioners and funders on performance, outputs and outcomes.
Act as Deputy Safeguarding lead to the Manager N&M Hants Safe Haven.
Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and CEO on forward planning.
