We seek an exceptional curriculum leader who can design and implement ambitious curriculum thinking, champion inclusion, safeguard pupils, and lead staff development to improve outcomes for learners with diverse needs.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of curriculum design, implementation and assessment.
• Ability to translate curriculum thinking into classroom practice.
• Passion for inclusion and improving life chances for vulnerable children.
• Experience in coaching, collaboration and building professional trust.
• Evidence-based approach to school improvement.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational day-to-day leadership and work with the Trust Executive team, staff and families to improve provision.
• Lead curriculum improvement and school development.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, families and external partners.
• Maintain high safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and achievement standards.
