An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an aspiring leader to join the Senior Management Team at West Herts College Group as Head of Building Services at our new state of the art facilities and workshops at our Luton Campus.
The School of Building Services delivers a variety of qualifications to both full time and part time students in Brickwork, Multiskills, Carpentry and Plumbing. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for shaping the future of our students, ensuring they receive an exceptional education that prepares them for success in the ever-evolving construction industry.
For the post holder, a strong understanding of curriculum development and the strategic aims of further education is essential. You will be responsible for the delivery of a high-quality construction curriculum that enhances the life chances of our learners through critical self-assessment, excellent quality improvement planning and exceptional stakeholder relationships.
You will have the opportunity to develop a construction business plan that considers the diversification and growth opportunities within the further education and construction sectors, fostering new and existing employer engagement.
