Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain, via Reach South Multi Academy Trust, seeks a Head of School to lead two primary academies: High Street Primary Academy (Stonehouse) and Marlborough Primary (Devonport). The role centers on raising standards and developing staff across both sites, with a clear focus on inclusion and safeguarding.

The successful candidate will oversee the curriculum, inspire staff, engage families and the wider community, and shape the next stage of each school's development,

Responsibilities

• Lead High Street Primary Academy and Marlborough Primary School as Head of School
• Raise standards and improve outcomes for all children across both schools
• Set and maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement and personal development
• Oversee the curriculum delivered across both school sites
• Inspire, motivate and develop staff to achieve excellence
• Build positive relationships and engage with families and the wider community
• Lead on inclusion, equity and safeguarding across both schools
• Build on existing strengths and shape the next stage of each school's development
