This is a fantastic role for an aspiring sales leader to take charge of a small new business sales team, and make a mark by propelling the team to the next level of sales growth!

Our client is an international award-winning investment technology provider offering front, middle, and back-office solutions. They serve institutional asset managers, hedge funds, wealth managers, insurance companies, and fund administrators. The company is experiencing a global growth phase and seeks a sales leader to oversee the UKI new business sales team.

This role involves:

  • Mentoring and managing a team of experienced sales professionals in the UKI region.
  • Setting achievable revenue targets and developing strategies to meet them.
  • Owning the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, RevOps, Operations, and Product teams to develop compelling offers.
  • Monitoring market trends and customer feedback to improve products and seize market opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven success in new business sales within buy-side technology and a strong UK buy-side network.
  • Experience in sales team management, either direct or dotted reports.
  • Exceptional communication and people management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Creativity in developing revenue-driving strategies.
  • Motivation to contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial team culture.
