About the Role:
The Global Head of Sales Readiness, reporting to the Director of Global Sales Enablement, leads a strategic initiative to elevate Sales Readiness and transition the company to a Value-Based-Sales organization. This role focuses on improving key sales metrics and achieving commercial goals such as Customer Value, Go-to-Market excellence, and Operational Innovation. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, including Executive Leaders, Regional and Local Leadership Teams, Heads of Sales, Country Managers, and leaders from marketing and operations. With a global remit, the role requires working with business units across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, facilitating, coaching, and managing projects to support sales teams in developing and implementing their roadmaps. Additionally, the Global Head of Sales Readiness will work alongside specialist global teams to enhance operational efficiency, business performance, and customer value.
