Castle Employment Group is recruiting a Head of Sales for an established manufacturing business in North Yorkshire. The role involves leading the sales function, actively winning business, and nurturing long-term customer relationships within a Senior Leadership Team context.

You will drive commercial strategy, develop sales processes, and work closely with the MD to identify growth opportunities while maintaining a hands-on, consultative approach to customers.

• Experience as a B2B sales professional in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong commercial capability with a hands-on, consultative sales approach.
• Experience leading and developing others within a sales function.
