Job summary

MCS Group in Craigavon / Moira, Northern Ireland, is recruiting a Head of Sales for a well-established food manufacturing and wholesale business operating across NI and ROI. This senior, hands-on role leads both internal and field sales teams to grow sales, improve margins and win new customers.

You will set KPIs, drive new business, grow key accounts and partner with the MD and leadership team to raise overall profitability. Bakery or food ingredients experience would be particularly attractive.

Qualifications

• Strong sales leadership background.
• Proven record of commercial growth.
• Experienced managing and motivating sales teams.
• Commercially strong around pricing, margin and profitability.
• Food, FMCG, foodservice or manufacturing experience preferred.
