Job Description:

Acceptance Solutions offers a full-service payment management platform for ecommerce merchants, combining global payment processing, fraud management, and payment security services that empower clients in over 190 countries. The world’s largest online merchants use our payment solutions to innovate, optimize, and grow their business.

The Regional Head of Sales Engineering Delivery - Europe, reporting to the Vice President, Global Sales Engineering Delivery, will support the European Sales function within Value Added Services to grow and scale revenue. The role involves designing and executing regional European sales strategies, leading a team of professionals, and driving client engagement from discovery to deal closure, including cross and upselling. The position emphasizes deep technical discipline, collaboration with stakeholders, and leading through high performance to ensure seamless engagement and revenue growth.

Essential Functions:
  • Partner with global and regional leaders to drive client feedback and technology investments.
  • Achieve revenue quotas and bookings across Europe.
  • Support sales engineering efforts for new and existing clients to meet bookings and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with sales leadership to track and accelerate sales performance.
  • Align with global and regional sales strategies for consistent client engagement.
  • Build partnerships with regional sales engineering leaders across regions.
  • Lead career development programs and manage pipeline activity.
  • Manage client lists to unlock revenue through technical validation.
  • Establish standards for client engagement and collaborate with product teams for solutions prioritization.
  • Act as an ambassador for the Sales Engineering Delivery strategy, ensuring excellence and tool adoption.
Key Experience:
  • Proven success leading similar functions in related industries.
  • Experience working in global matrix organizations.
  • Ability to analyze and make timely decisions.
  • Leadership experience with high-performing teams.
  • Experience with APIs, frameworks, scripting, and client demos.
  • Expertise in developing client-facing artifacts for engagement.
  • Experience working with C-suite clients.

This is a remote position, with potential requirements to visit a Visa office with notice.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications: 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 10+ years with an advanced degree, or 5+ years with a PhD.

Preferred Qualifications: 15+ years with a Bachelor’s Degree, or 12+ years with an advanced degree, plus 9+ years of experience. Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, influencing in a matrix organization, and solving business challenges through technology.
